East Melbourne Language Centre (German)

Founded in 1989 in East Melbourne specifically as the German Language Centre, this school (now trading as the East Melbourne Language Centre after expanding into other languages) still centres its offering on German, run by qualified native-speaker instructors. It runs group classes across four 10-week terms a year (90 minutes/week) at every CEFR level from beginner to advanced, plus 1-on-1 private lessons, VCE and IB-specific tutoring, and corporate German/intercultural training for businesses. Classes are offered in-house at its East Melbourne premises or online via Zoom; public reviews on Facebook show a 100% recommend rate across a small sample.
