About Manhattan Review - SAT Prep Philadelphia
Manhattan Review has cultivated its SAT curriculum since 1999, teaching from the Sheraton Philadelphia venue on North 17th Street near Rittenhouse Square, with 12 to 48-hour packages delivered in-person or live online. Named tutor Matthew received his undergraduate diploma from the University of Washington before earning a Master's in Cognitive Psychology at Columbia, and has worked with upwards of 400 students; named tutor Bethany, a Cornell Biology graduate, deliberately avoids force-feeding formulas, instead teaching students to leverage the most important nuggets from pre-calculus, calculus, algebra and geometry - particularly useful for students who aren't naturally left-brain thinkers. A published student testimonial (Sade Catlyn) describes breaking down difficult material into masterable pieces.
